$135/ Hour

Additional Information
*Visits that exceed the 100 mile radius include a $100 Zoom consultation and must include a first-class flight (roundtrip), 4-5 star luxury hotel accommodation, 2 meals each day, and rental car (if transportation is required). Additionally, all taxes and fees must be covered by the client. All hotel and flight confirmations must be approved and provided 2 weeks prior to traveling.
*Services can be booked online. Bookings include a 50% advanced deposit. The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full 3 weeks prior to your procedure and traveling date.
*Cancellation must occur 30 days prior to the procedure for a full refund. Any cancellations within 3 weeks of the procedure will receive a 50% refund and must be submitted and approved in writing. Refunds can be expected within 7 business days after approval.
*If you would like a pre-consultation to determine if Nurse T’s services are right for you, you may schedule a 30 minute planning call for $45.
