On Saturday, May 9, 2026, we're hosting Nurse T's Future Nurses Program at Renaissance High School during Nurses Week! This inspiring event introduces children ages 5–15 to the world of nursing and healthcare through hands-on skill stations such as suturing, organ dissections, CPR, the Heimlich maneuver, casting, IVs, X-rays, proper hand washing, and more.
Your donation will help us cover the venue, lab coats, scrubs, t-shirts, snacks, learning supplies, and resources so every child can participate at no cost to their family.

About The Founder
Nurses Who Care founder Teberah Alexander RN, BSN is a veteran nurse with more than 20 years of experience in clinical care.
In addition to being a veteran nurse, Teberah is a successful businesswoman— owner of Farmington Hills Adult Day Care and Excelling Nursing Academy in Michigan. She also founded the Future Nurses Program in 2023.
A recent recipient of the “Spirit of Detroit” Award, Teberah formed Nurses Who Care to help like-minded people become exceptional nurses and forge successful careers in the healthcare industry.
